Deutsche Bank downgraded Curtiss-Wright (NYSE: CW) from Buy to Hold with a price target raised $1 to $42.

Deutsche analyst says, "4Q results were a little light on sales and margins, which was made up for in lower taxes to hit the market on EPS ($0.84 vs. our $0.83 and Street's $0.84). Offsetting that, cash flow came in nicely and the outlook was in line on EPS while slightly better on the top-line/mgn profile. On balance, though we think the stock performance from here will be more tied to earnings growth/revision vs. the multiple expansion theme (which has played out) that was the basis of our previous Buy rating. Downgrade to Hold given limited upside."
