Crown Crafts, Inc. (NASDAQ: CRWS) reported Q3 EPS of $0.16, versus $0.08 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $21.6 million, versus $21.9 million reported last year.
The Company also announced today that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share on the Company's Series A common stock. The dividend will be paid on April 6, 2012 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 16, 2012.
