Jefferies maintains a 'Hold' on Yum! Brands (NYSE: YUM) price target raised from $55 to $60.
Jefferies analyst said, "We find YUM attractive for its global growth opportunity, led by China and other emerging markets, but believe the stock may tread water near term as the valuation is high and near-term margin challenges continue...We believe YUM continues to be fully valued, but given sustained China momentum, revise ’12 EPS to $3.18 (fr. $3.15)."
