Apartment Investment & Management Co. (AIV) Raises Quarterly Dividend 50% to $0.18; 2.9% Yield

Apartment Investment & Management Co. (NYSE: AIV) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share, or $0.72 annualized. This is a 50% increase from the prior dividend of $0.12.

The dividend will be payable on February 29, 2012, to stockholders of record on February 21, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of February 16, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.9 percent.
