Auriga reiterates a 'Hold' on HCA Holdings (NYSE: HCA) price target of $28.00

Auriga analyst says, "HCA reported non-GAAP EPS of $0.94 beating our/consensus estimate of $0.86/$0.76...We believe HCA is a great operator with muscle and capability to continue to execute on its strategy. However, due to lack of near-term catalysts we don't expect HCA shares to trade significantly above 8x 2012 EPS until the industry-wide headline risks we expect over the next 12 months subside. These risks include: 1) a decline in acuity and elective surgeries softness, 2) reimbursement overhang from Washington and private payors, 3) potential impact from the doc fix, 4) ObamaCare legitimacy, and 5) continued but slow economic recovery."
