Jefferies lowered its price target on Amazon.com (NASDAQ: AMZN) from $240 to $225 following disappointing Q4 results and outlook.

The firm comments, "While 4Q sales disappointed, we view this as a mix issue and not a sign of weakening fundamentals. AMZN's relentless focus on selection, price and convenience and an agnostic view to owned vs. 3P sales has enabled it to offer a superior shopping experience; evidenced by record growth in active users and robust growth in sold units."

The firm cut FY12 EPS from $2.07 to $1.55.
