Keefe, Bruyette & Woods downgraded First Busey (NASDAQ: BUSE) to Underperform, price target lowered to $4.25.
KBW analyst says, 'First Busey reported Q4 operating EPS of $0.05, which was below our estimate and consensus. The miss was driven by an increase in expenses as the company indicated it's investing in personnel in an effort to increase revenues and grow loans. Following 4Q, we are downgrading the shares to Underperform based on valuation and lowering our estimates and PT."
