UBS maintains a 'Neutral' on JetBlue Airways (NASDAQ: JBLU), price target raised from $5.00 to $6.50.

UBS analyst says, "JBLU reported 4Q EPS of $0.08, which was double the $0.04 consensus estimate and even more ahead of our breakeven forecast...We're now modelling RASM growth of 8% in 1Q (up from 5.6%) and 5.6% for FY12 (up from 3%). Netted together with higher cost guidance, our 2012 EPS estimate improves to $0.57 from $0.44. Although we are comfortable with the domestic pricing environment, which favors jetBlue, we find the company’s financial performance too inconsistent to be particularly supportive of the stock."

FY12 EPS estimate raised from $0.44 to $0.57 and FY13 from $0.63 to $0.70.
