UBS maintains a 'Neutral' on Silicon Labs (NASDAQ: SLAB) price target raised from $43 to $48.

UBS analyst says, "SLAB reported 4Q results ahead of estimates as trends improved through 4Q while new programs ramped. While we make just slight changes to estimates, we raise our PT to $48, as we have greater conviction for longer term margin expansion for 3 key reasons: 1) it will focus near-to-mid-term on better leveraging opex, as it has already made substantial investments across its product lines, 2) it will stay focused in new areas avoiding opex bloat, 3) gross margin is likely to modestly rise on an increasingly richer product mix and strong product execution."

"...we just slightly adjust our full year 2012 sales/EPS estimates to $538m/$2.12. For 2013/14, our revised estimates are sales of $637m/$732m and EPS of $2.82/$3.37."
