Boeing (NYSE: BA) is moving to the upside Wednesday, following reports that Airbus has confirmed design and manufacturing flaws led to cracks in A380 wings. The cracks didn't stem from flight fatigue like previously believed.
The company said it expected to find cracks on further exams, but it had a fix for the cracks which would make the A380 safe to fly.
Boeing is up 0.6 percent on that news as well as Fed statements.
