Nomura Securities maintains a 'Neutral' on NVIDIA (NASDAQ: NVDA) price target of $16.00.

Analyst, Romit Shah, said, "Nvidia indicated that FQ4 revenue would come in around $950mn, down 11% sequentially, below prior guidance of $1.07bn. Mainstream graphics revenue is weaker than expected due to HDD shortages. We are lowering F4Q estimates to $950mn/$0.17 from $1.07bn/$0.27. Our full-year FY13 estimates decrease to $4.2bn/$1.00 from $4.5bn/$1.15. Nvidia screens well in that mgmt finally reset earnings, the stock has underperformed, and valuation is low (1.5x EV/Sales). However, lower Tegra volumes come on the heels of a strong quarter from Apple, which would appear to be taking meaningful share from several of Nvidia’s Android-based customers. We think the stock becomes interesting in the $12-13 range."
