Rollins, Inc. (NYSE: ROL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share, or $0.32 annualized. This is a 14.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.07.

The dividend will be payable on March 9, 2012, to stockholders of record on February 10, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of February 8, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.4 percent.
