Deutsche Bank reiterates a 'Buy' on Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) price target of $31.00.
Deutsche analyst says, "MSFT reported F2Q12 earnings with revenues missing expectations, but EPS exceeding estimates. The miss in revenues was mostly driven by weaker than expected Windows revenues of $4.74b, down 6% y/y. However, given the stock reaction in the after market, buyside expectations were probably lower than street estimates. The weak PC revenues were a combination of PC headwinds, supply chain issues and inventory drawdown. We believe that multiple product launches this year are a catalyst and will help drive growth."
