Jefferies lowered its price target on Google (NASDAQ: GOOG) from $850 to $825 following Q4 results, but reiterated their Buy rating.

The firm comments, "On the face of it, Google came up short of 4Q consensus estimates, but a closer look shows that FX was the main culprit. We believe that the 9% stock price decline post close is an over-reaction to actually a decent quarter, buried under a lot of noise. We'd be buyers on the dip."
