McGraw-Hill Cos. (MHP) Raises Quarterly Dividend 2% to $0.255; 2.2% Yield

McGraw-Hill Cos. (NYSE: MHP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.255 per share, or $1.02 annualized. This is a 2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.25.
The dividend will be payable on March 12, 2012, to stockholders of record on February 27, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of February 23, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.2 percent.
This is the 39th consecutive annual dividend hike.
