Goldman Sachs downgraded Knight Capital Group (NYSE: KCG) from Conviction Buy List to Neutral with a price target of $12.50.

While the firm is confident in the restructuring and cost savings initiatives at the company they see increased competition with announcements from Credit Suisse and Cantor Fitzgerald that they are entering the wholesale market making business.
