Moody's Raises FedEx (FDX) Unsecured Ratings to Baa1, ETCs to A3

Moody's Investors Service raised its senior unsecured ratings of FedEx Corporation and Federal Express Corporation (NYSE: FDX) to Baa1 from Baa2.
Moody's also upgraded its ratings on each of the company's Equipment Trust Certificates by one notch to A3 from Baa1 and affirmed its ratings on the company's Enhanced Equipment Trust Certificates ("EETCs") and the short-term rating of P-2. The outlook is stable.
