On January 11, 2012, AT&T Inc. (NYSE: T) provided irrevocable notice to Citibank, N.A., of Citigroup (NYSE: C), as agent under AT&T’s $5 billion, 364-day revolving credit facility dated as of December 19, 2011, pursuant to section 2.04 of the Agreement, to permanently reduce the outstanding commitments of the lenders thereunder from $5 billion to $3 billion.
