Needham & Company maintains a 'Buy' on Measurement Specialties (NASDAQ: MEAS) price target of $33.00.

Needham analyst says, "Overall, we believe the slight downdraft in business due largely to macro uncertainty was somewhat expected to work through the second half of 2011 for MEAS. While the current environment may prove to be slightly lumpy with periods of restocking/destocking, we believe general business is in solid shape as exemplified by strong bookings and encourage investors to focus on the long-term opportunities (i.e., urea dosing) for MEAS (which remain intact)."

"Our F3Q of $79M & $0.39 becomes $76M & $0.33. Our F12 of $313M & $1.82 revised to $309M & $1.76."
