Deutsche Bank downgraded Con-way (NYSE: CNW) from Buy to Hold.
Deutsche analyst says, "We are downgrading shares of CNW as we see a more balanced risk/reward equation at current levels despite significant underperformance in 2011. While we see further margin expansion in 2012, our sense is that yield improvement may decelerate and looming cost inflation will make OR improvement more challenging as the low-hanging fruit has likely already been plucked."
