Wedbush maintains a 'Neutral' on Juniper Networks (NYSE: JNPR) price target lowered from $22 to $20.
Wedbush analyst says, "We maintain our rating on Juniper given our view that visibility remains weak in the service-provider segment and the enterprise business is facing increased competition which could pressure results for the next few quarters...We are lowering our FY11 revenue and EPS estimates to $4.44bn and $1.18 from $4.52 and $1.24, respectively. Our FY12 revenue and EPS estimates also fall to $4.74bn and $1.25 from $5.04bn and $1.40, respectively. We believe there continue to be risks to estimates given increased competition in the enterprise space and lack of spending visibility in the SP segment."
"Based on Juniper’s preannouncement, we think that Cisco (Nasdaq: CSCO), Netscout (Nasdaq: NTCT), F5 (Nasdaq: FFIV), Broadsoft (Nasdaq: BSFT), Allot (Nasdaq: ALLT), and Radware (Nasdaq: RDWR) could see volatility due to SP capex concerns."
