Deutsche Bank initiates coverage on Coca-Cola Enterprises (NYSE: CCE) with a Buy. PT $31.00.
Deutsche analyst says, "With the once frayed Coke (NYSE: KO) relationship largely amicable, balance sheet healthy, shareholder friendly capital allocation apparent and potential acquisition likely strategically and financially accretive, we like the risk/reward here and while the story may not be the most exciting, a fixed global Coca-Cola system lifts all ships. With macro and geopolitical uncertainty in Europe, investors need to be valuation sensitive and monitor F/X swings for opportunities, but valuation is compelling and fundamentals are in decent shape."
