Deutsche Bank upgraded Fairchild Semi (NYSE: FCS) to Buy with a price target of $15.00.
Deutsche analyst says, "Despite boosting margins and liquidity FCS trades near 5-year low on EV/Sales as investors remain concerned about a cyclical downturn in 2012. Although FCS and the industry face headwinds in 1H12 we expect revenue growth to accelerate in 2H12. In addition we believe FCS improved liquidity will enable the company to boost cash returns to shareholders in 2012 and therefore upgrade to Buy."
