Shares of DeVry Inc. (NYSE: DV) are trading up over 4.2% on the day after Apollo Group (Nasdaq: APOL) reported solid first quarter results.
Apollo reported Q1 EPS of $1.28, $0.10 better than the analyst estimate of $1.18. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.18 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.16 billion. Shares of Apollo are a trading up rough 5.2 percent on the day.
Also within the education industry, Career Educations Corp. (Nasdaq: CECO) is watching its shares fall 4.7 percent on the day after Argus Downgraded the stock from a Buy to a Hold rating.
