Jefferies initiates coverage on Acadia Healthcare (NASDAQ: ACHC) with a Buy. PT $13.00.

The firm comments, "Led by the former Psychiatric Solutions executive management team, ACHC is well positioned to realize EPS growth of 25%+ through a combination of steady organic growth, improving margins and acquisitions of acute inpatient psychiatric facilities. In December 2011, Jefferies acted as a Joint Bookrunner in a follow-on equity offering for ACHC."
