Oppenheimer upgraded VOC Energy Trust (NYSE: VOC) from Perform to Outperform with a price target of $25.00.
The firm notes their updated 2012 distribution estimates are approximately 5% higher than consensus driven by horizontal drilling in the Woodbine. Longer term they see three new wells coming online annually, helping to grow production and offset future decline.
