Mattson Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq: MTSN), has received follow-on orders for its Helios XP rapid thermal processing (RTP) system from a major Asian foundry.
The first of these systems has already shipped and is currently being installed at one of the customer's manufacturing facilities, and a subsequent shipment to another fab is scheduled for Q112.
