Deutsche Bank initiates coverage on Delphi Automotive PLC (NYSE: DLPH) with a Buy. PT $33.00.

Deutsche analyst says, "From a secular growth perspective, Delphi’s mix of business contains some of the best features of suppliers such as BorgWarner (NYSE: BWA), TRW (NYSE: TRW), Autoliv (NYSE: ALV), Harman (NYSE: HAR), and Johnson Controls (NYSE: JCI). We expect that the company will grow in excess of the industry for the foreseeable future, given its 2012-2014 net new business backlog of $2.8bn, which alone should support an organic revenue CAGR of 6% over the next three years."

"We believe that Delphi should trade at a premium based on exposure to the most compelling industry growth trends and its defendable (and expandable) margin advantage."
