Oppenheimer reiterates an 'Outperform' on Jarden Corporation (NYSE: JAH) price target of $44.00.

Oppenheimer analyst said, "We are modestly reducing our 2011 and 2012 EPS estimates for JAH to reflect the lack of snowfall and warmer temperatures relative to last year across much of the U.S. in recent weeks, which we believe could negatively impact sales of the company's winter-related products."

"Specifically, we now forecast EPS of $3.36 this year vs. $3.40 previously, with our 4Q estimate falling to $0.90 from $0.94. Turning to 2012, we believe some of these issues may spill over into 1Q and are taking a more conservative approach to next year, reducing our EPS estimate to $3.80 from $3.85 previously."
