After-Hours Movers 12/28: (FSIN) Higher; (ALXN) (MOS) (EXAR) Lower

Fushi Copperweld (Nasdaq: FSIN) 10.2% HIGHER; in a 13D filing, the company's Chairman and Co-CEO Li Fu and Abax Global disclosed a revised offer to acquire all the publicly-held shares at a price of $9.50 per share. The exec and Abax had previously offered to purchase all the shares at $9.25 per share.

Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: ALXN) 1.7% LOWER; and Enobia Pharma Corp. today announced that the companies have signed a definitive agreement under which Alexion will acquire 100% of the capital stock of Enobia. Enobia is a private biopharmaceutical company based in Montreal, Canada and Cambridge, Massachusetts, which is focused on the development of therapies to treat patients with ultra-rare and life-threatening genetic metabolic disorders.

Exar (Nasdaq: EXAR) INDICATED LOWER; cuts Q3 sales guidance from $32-$34 million to $28-$30 million, which compares to the Street estimate of $33.1 million.
