CSP Inc. (CSPI) Files to Delay 10-K

December 28, 2011 4:15 PM EST
In an SEC filing after the close Wednesday, CSP Inc. (Nasdaq: CSPI) has filed to delay its 10-K, saying the auditors haven't completed a review of the financial statements.

The company said it expects to "report a significant reduction in sales and cost of sales for the year ended September 30, 2011, due to the change in account policy for revenue recognition for certain third party maintenance contracts which are now being record on a 'net sales' basis. There was no change in the net income for the year."
