Macquarie maintains an 'Outperform' on Oracle (NASDAQ: ORCL), PT lowered from $36 to $32.

Macquarie analyst said, "Oracle reported disappointing F2Q results last night, falling shy of both consensus estimates and guidance on every relevant metric. Of specific concern was management’s commentary for lower Exadata targets in FY12 and above-seasonal guidance for F3Q. We maintain our constructive view given Oracle’s durability – If the environment is difficult for Oracle, we believe it is more difficult for others, as Oracle is better positioned than most to weather a storm."

"Our FY12 revenue decreases to $37.0bn from $38.0bn and non-GAAP EPS goes to $2.32 from $2.40."
