Cantor Fitzgerald initiates coverage on Molina Healthcare (NYSE: MOH) with a Buy. PT $27.50.

Cantor analyst said, "Molina is in the early stages of a major expansion of its business that we believe will deliver higher margins and upside surprises that will boost its valuation from its current discount to the group. New mandates in three states where Molina already has health plans will drive growth in 2012, but other markets where it is relatively small could offer substantial upside. The company has also demonstrated its ability to grow through acquisitions, start-ups, and buying the contracts of other plans. Three of Molina's largest markets have recently expanded coverage of disabled Medicaid members California, Texas, and Washington recently added disabled managed care coverage."
