Numerex Corp (Nasdaq: NMRX), announced the issuance of two new U.S. patents.
In the fourth quarter of 2011, the United States Patent and Trademark Office granted Numerex two new patents. Patent number 8041383 enables a digital/analog management system for wireless customer premises equipment (CPE) while patent number 8060067 enables more efficient messaging over a data network. In addition to its significant licensing portfolio, Numerex has been granted a total of 52 patents for its M2M technology innovations.
