Deutsche Bank initiates coverage on Imperva (NYSE: IMPV) with a Buy. PT $31.00.
Deutsche analyst says, "Imperva is a leader in data center security offering a comprehensive suite to secure databases, web applications and files. Enterprises continue to face increasing threats to data from hackers, intruders and malicious insiders. Traditional security methods focused on securing the devices and perimeters do not offer a comprehensive solution. We believe the disconnect between where the security dollars are spent and where the attacks occur offer a significant opportunity for Imperva. At 4.6x 2013 EV/Sales, the risk/reward is attractive."
