Wells Fargo initiates coverage on Cash America International (NYSE: CSH) with a Outperform. PT range $53-$60.

Wells analyst says, "We believe CSH shares are undervalued based on their relatively low P/E ratio and strong EPS growth prospects. CSH is the largest pawn operator in the world and has a valuable internet business, Enova, which it is trying to take public. CSH generates substantial free cash flow that it can invest in new store growth in the U.S. and Mexico."

"Establishing CY2012 EPS estimate of $5.06...we also are establishing a CY2011 EPS estimate of $4.41."
