Kayne Anderson M/E Fund (KMF) Raises Quarterly Dividend 1.8% to $0.4175; Yields 7%

Kayne Anderson Midstream/Energy Fund (NYSE: KMF) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.4175 per share, or $1.67 annualized. This is a 1.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.410.

The dividend will be payable on January 13, 2012, to stockholders of record on December 30, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of December 28, 2011.

The annual yield on the dividend is 7 percent.
