Goldman Sachs assumes coverage on YPF S.A. (NYSE: YPF) with a Sell and $35 price target.
The firm comments, "We are less positive on the business environment in Argentina and the perspective of higher prices for YPF, while we see the bulk of its exploration upside priced in (adjusted to Argentina's higher risk). Petrobras currently trades at a real implicit IRR of 16.8% vs. 10.6% for Ecopetrol, 19% for YPF and 10%-11% for global peers."
