Prosecutors Ask Chevron, Transocean to Suspend All Activity in Brazil (CVX) (RIG)

Shares of Chevron (NYSE: CVX) have just fallen about 1.8 percent in intraday trade as we are hearing reports prosecutors have asked the company to suspend all activity in Brazil and seeking 20 billion reals (~$10.6 billion) in damages.

UPDATE: now also hearing prosecutors have asked Transocean (NYSE: RIG) to suspend activity in Brazil.
