UBS maintains a 'Buy' on Mosaic (NYSE: MOS) price target cut from $80 to $63.

UBS analyst says, "Favorable impressions gathered at headquarters: On our recent visit to Mosaic, we found management to be amenable to all options that create shareholder value. On the heels of its share buyback announcement (which we estimate will be accretive to EPS by $0.25), the company is considering building an ammonia plant to reduce costs, aggressively expanding its potash capacity, assessing its dividend level, and contem plating other strategic moves...Unfavorable impressions of potash demand and competitive capacity An industry-wide decline in potash order activity and stalling spot price momentum reflect growing macroeconomic concerns by bulk buyers."

"Reducing potash price forecast and EPS estimates...Our F12 EPS estimate declines from $5.70 to $5.17 and our F13 estimate declines from $6.10 to $4.76."
