Wd-40 Co (NASDAQ: WDFC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.29 per share, or $1.16 annualized. This is a 7.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.27.

The dividend will be payable on January 31, 2012, to stockholders of record on January 6, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of January 4, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.9 percent.
