Wells Fargo resumes coverage on Las Vegas Sands (NYSE: LVS) with a Market Perform. PT range $43-$52.

Wells analyst says, "LVS owns some of the world's most-profitable and valuable casino assets, and should be highly cash generative from 2013 on. Despite this, we believe outperformance of the stock could be limited over the next 12 months by (1) below-consensus market growth in Macau; (2) a trend of positive estimate revisions turning neutral, given that our 2012 base case estimate of $4B is 1.2% below the consensus; (3) slowing same-store growth; and (4) high investor expectations. We could become constructive on LVS if (1) market volatility provides an attractive entry point; (2) Macau market growth or LVS's market share paces above expectations; and/or (3) Singapore earnings show signs of breaking out above estimates."
