Urban Outfitters (Nasdaq: URBN) 10.5% HIGHER; in its 10-Q just filed, the company said its fourth-quarter 2012 same-store sales are indicated to be up in the mid single-digit range.

Avanir Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: AVNR) 3.9% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.14), in-line with the analyst estimate of ($0.14). Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $4.49 million.

MarkWest Energy Partners, L.P. (NYSE: MWE) 3% LOWER; MarkWest and The Energy & Minerals Group (EMG) today announced that MarkWest and EMG have executed a letter of intent regarding the acquisition by MarkWest of EMGs interest in MarkWest Liberty Midstream & Resources, LLC. Under the letter of intent, MarkWest and EMG have agreed to negotiate towards the execution of definitive agreements containing material terms consistent with those described in this release. Also announced the offering of 8 million common units. The company will grant underwriters a 30-day option to purchase an additional 1.2 million common units.

Sensata Technologies Holding N.V. (NYSE: ST) 2% LOWER; cutting Q4 guidance amid larger-than-expected restructuring charge of $10-$15 million. The company had previously expected a charge of just $3-$5 million. Now sees sales hurt by $20-$25 million and adj-EPS hurt by 3-5 cents.

Synutra International, Inc. (NASDAQ: SYUT) 1.7% HIGHER; announced the planned relocation of the Company's R&D, customer service, call-center, and training facilities into a new corporate campus in Beijing by the end of December, 2011. The company's CFO said, "We believe the top-line growth for the three months ending December 31, 2011 will be between 45% to 48%, which, we believe would likely result in an expected net income range of $9 to $10 million for the three months ending December 31, 2011."

Pioneer Natural Resources Company (NYSE: PXD) 1.3% HIGHER; Pioneer Natural Resources and Pioneer Southwest Energy Partners L.P. (NYSE: PSE) has commenced a public offering, subject to market and other conditions, of 4,400,000 common units representing limited partner interests. Of the 4,400,000 common units offered, the Partnership will offer 2,600,000 newly issued common units, bringing the total common units outstanding to 35,713,700 common units after the offering. In addition, Pioneer, through a wholly-owned subsidiary, will offer 1,800,000 common units of the 20,521,200 common units it currently owns.
