Barclays maintains an 'Overweight' on Baker Hughes (NYSE: BHI) price target of $83.00.

Barclays analyst says, "Remains a Favorite: We continue to view BHI as one of our favorite investment ideas in the group and a company that is well positioned for the unfolding international upcycle. Volumes continue to improve and international margins are likely to grow throughout 2012 as activity increases and pricing power develops for certain product lines. Trading at less than 10x our 2012 EPS estimate, we believe the shares represent a compelling value."

"Lowering EPS Estimates We are reducing our 4Q, 2012 and 2013 EPS estimates to $1.23 (from $1.38), $5.40 (from $5.50) and $6.60 (from $6.75) reflecting modestly lower margin assumptions in North America."
