In a 13G filing on Under Armour Class A (NYSE: UA), fund FMR LLC disclosed a 12.07%, or 4,859,685 share, stake in the company. This is up 31.36% from the 3,699,541 shares held at the end of the latest quarter ending September 30, 2011.
