UBS maintains a 'Buy' on McDonalds (NYSE: MCD) price target boosted from $98 to $106.

UBS analyst said, "We are raising our EPS estimates to reflect higher sales growth, and higher price/check growth as a percentage of growth. We believe the current inflationary environment continues to support McDonald’s and the fast food segment. The company’s new offerings and asset revitalization strategy should help insulate the company from the risk to revenue from slowing inflation and to EPS from a stronger US dollar. We are raising our 2012 EPS and 2013 EPS estimates to $5.78 (10% YOY; cons. $5.71) and $6.33 from $5.75 and $6.22 respectively."
