Nomura Securities maintains a 'Neutral' on International Game Tech (NYSE: IGT) price target of $20.00.
Nomura analyst, Harry Curtis, said, "IGT highlighted three key areas of growth at its recent analyst day: 1) International; 2) Interactive; and 3) Cloud opportunity. While we believe that IGT is well positioned for these growth areas, there is very little clarity in terms of measurable performance metrics. IGT is targeting implied EPS of at least $1.60 over three to five years (11% five-year CAGR growth). We do not see any quantifiable catalysts to push the EPS growth rate past the three-year CAGR growth rate of ~14% and believe that the stock is fairly valued."
