Nomura Securities maintains a 'Neutral' on Dollar General (NYSE: DG) price target raised from $38 to $42.

Nomura analyst, Aram Rubinson, said, "While the interest line item has been somewhat erratic, we are more confident modeling a quarterly run rate of ~$39m through the first half of next year. DG shared plans to refinance $450m of debt at a savings of ~6% in July 2012. Quarterly interest should therefore decline by another $7m in 2H. We raise our 2011 EPS estimates to reflect Q3 upside. Our ’12 and ’13 estimates are $0.10 higher at $2.70 and $3.00, respectively."
