Dollar General (DG) Prices 25M Secondary Offering at 1.5% Discount

Dollar General Corporation (NYSE: DG) has priced an underwritten secondary public offering of 25.0 million common shares at a price to the public of $39.00 per share. The shares are being sold by certain existing shareholders. No shares are being sold by the Company in this offering, and it will not receive any proceeds from the offering.

The price is a 1.5 percent discount to Tuesday's closing price of $39.63.
