magicJack VocalTec, Ltd. (Nasdaq: CALL) announced that the payment date for its stock dividend will be December 16, 2011.
As previously reported, on December 1, 2011, the Company's Board of Directors approved a two-for-one stock split to be paid in the form of a 100 percent stock dividend to stockholders of record as of December 12, 2011.
